Who we are

TailorMock is a UK-based 11+ exam preparation service. We can be contacted at hello@tailormock.co.uk.

What data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

Parent email address — for your account and to contact you
Child's first name and age — to personalise the mock experience
Mock results and answers — to build the next day's tailored mock
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, we never see your card details
Device information — a device fingerprint to prevent misuse of the free trial

What we never collect

Child's surname, school name, or address
Photos or any media
Location data beyond your country
Any data from children under 9

How we use your data

To generate and personalise daily mock exams for your child
To show you your child's progress in the parent dashboard
To process your £0.99/£3.99 monthly subscription
To email you important updates about the service

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted services to run TailorMock:

Supabase — our database, hosted in London
Stripe — payment processing
Anthropic — AI question generation (no personal data is sent, only anonymous academic content)
Vercel — website hosting

We never sell your data. We never share it with schools, tutors, or advertisers.

Children's data

TailorMock is designed for children aged 9 to 11. We take children's privacy seriously. We collect only a first name and age for the child — no surname, no school, no photo. Parents control the account and can delete all data at any time.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you have an active account. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

See all data we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data in a readable format

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
