TailorMock is an AI-powered 11+ exam preparation service for children aged 9 to 11 in the UK. We generate personalised daily mock exams and lessons based on each child's performance.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in one tap from your account settings. No email needed, no phone call, no awkward cancellation flow. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
If you are unhappy within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, email us at hello@tailormock.co.uk and we will refund you the same day. No questions asked.
After 7 days we do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.

We aim to keep TailorMock available 24 hours a day. Occasionally we need to carry out maintenance — we will always try to do this overnight. We do not guarantee specific exam results. TailorMock is a preparation tool and results depend on many factors.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use TailorMock after that means you accept the new terms.
